Payments:
Payments are
processed by PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to order. PayPal accepts major credit cards and eChecks as well.
If you do not have a PayPal account simply continue through the order process where it says "do not have PayPal account"
and you can use your credit card or eCheck instead. Please also add your address as it appears on your credit card. If your
ship to address is different to your billing address please write your ship to address in the comments section during check-out.
Shipping:
We can accept online orders, 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. To keep prices to a minimum we will use ground shipping, orders will be received within 3-10 Business days. Please
contact us only if your order has taken more than 10 Business days. All orders are shipped using UPS, Fedex or USPS.
Shipping is limited to a single shipping address per order. Orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) within
two business days.
Cost of Shipping:
Cost
of shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout we constantly strive to keep these prices to a minimum.
Delivery Time:
Credit card approval must be recieved before your order is processed. Overnight
orders placed after 6 PM (Eastern Time) will not be processed until the following business day.
Returning an order:
Because we want you
to be 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days. If the return is due to a golftrainingstuff.com
error, the return freight will be credited back to the customer's credit card no later than 7 days after receiving
the return. Returns should be shipped prepaid. We highly recommend you use certified mail, UPS, or some other form of traceable
shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
Video, DVD, Audio
Tapes, CD'S and Software cannot be returned after the packaging is opened.
