The sessions are designed purely as a guide and can be customized relative to your skill level and time available. Enjoy.

Session 1

10 Min Stretch

45 min 60-100 Balls, Chip, Pitch then Full swing.

1st ball chip technique 2nd ball pitch technique and then full swing.

Repeat until bucket is finished

30 Min 18 hole putting round with various lengths and breaking putts.

Every hole is par 2 so par for the course is 36.

How many over par are you just with your putting?

Session 2

5-10 Min Stretch

30-45 min 60-100 balls start at sand wedge, work your way through the bag 1 club at a time. Note the yardage where each ball landed and write it down. Print out our free yardage tracking sheet so that you can leave in your golf bag.

30 Min 2 ball pitching drill. On the pitching area throw down two balls pick a hole hit both towards it. Throw balls down at another spot pick a different hole.

Repeat this until you hole out with a set number of shots.

Session 3

5-10 Min Stretch

30-45 Min 60-100 balls with wedge to specific target, club goes back in the bag after each shot, run through game routine each shot, grip, and practice swing. Stare at target, take dead aim, focus on rhythm and balance.

15- 20 Min 9 hole putting round with one ball. Each hole is a par two so par for the course would be 18.

Session 4

5-10 Min Stretch

Short game only today!

45-60 Min 2 balls pitching and bunker shots from all different spots on the short game area until you hole a set amount 1-7.

Yes hole it, in the hole! not close, nearly or almost.

Session 5

5-10 Min Stretch

30 Min 60 balls with various clubs to specific targets.

 30 Min With 1 ball hit a chip shot on the practice chipping green.

Grab your putter and finish out repeat for 9 holes. Par is 18.

Session 6

5-10 Min Stretch

5-10 Min Warm up with wedge 20 shots

30-45 Min 60-100 With your Driver or three wood pick a very narrow target of about ten yards wide. Try to have the target beyond where you can hit, …. See how many out of the ten you can get through the narrow fairway. …Use game routine, with each shot.

30 -45 Min Putting 1-7 ladder (below).

7 Balls in a line from 1-7 feet from the hole. Hole from 1-7 without missing. If you miss a putt you must start back at 1 foot from the hole.

Session 7

5-10 Min Stretch

30 Min 60 balls sand wedge

Pick 5 different targets varying lengths…

Alternate shots to each

30-45 Min 18 hole putting round…each hole is a par 2.

See how many over par you would shoot if you did hit every green. Par for this excersice is 36 and is a good goal to reach for an accomplished player

Session 8

5-10 Min Stretch

30 Min 60 balls run through bag 1 shot each from lofted to longest to specific targets (repeat)

30-45 Min Pick 2 balls, hit chip shots on the practice chipping green 2 at a time from various positions around the green. You must hole 1 before you can finish. You may hole up to 7 depending on your ability

Session 9

5-10 Min Stretch

30 Min Bunker shots until you hole one

(Maybe book a lesson with you favorite P.G.A Professional if your not comfortable with your bunker technique)

20-30 Min 30-50 full swings to very specific targets

20-30 Min 9 holes putting round,  with one ball play 9 different holes on the practice green, each hole is a par 2 meaning par for the course is 18 shots see what your score is and try to beat it next time.

Session 10

5-10 Min Stretch

30-45 Min 50-100 balls using your wedge 1st shot chip technique, 2nd shot pitch technique then full swing all shots to specific targets.

5-10 Min 10 driver shots through a specific narrow target run through a pre shot routine for each shot (practice as you would play).

30-45 Min 9 hole putting round Par 18.
