Golf Yardage

Golf Distance.JPG

Click here to download the free yardage tracking sheet

Your yardages will change from time to time especially if you are taking part in a strengthening program or improving swing mechanics.

Keep track of your yardages once a month.

Please print this and take it with you. Yardages are taken from where the ball lands.

Start with your most lofted club and run through your set to the driver.

Hit 6 or 7 shots with each club and fill in the average on the first column, monitor balanced swings only.

Keep track of your distances for all of your clubs.

Fill out the yardage form on your next session and put it in your golf bag.
Never mis-club again.
Come back soon to monitor your progress. Fairways and Greens.
